1. Acceptance of the Terms
Welcome to EduAITech ("EduAITech," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and AI‑powered TaskFlow services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, clicking “I Agree,” or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to form a binding contract) to use EduAITech. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration & Security
Provide accurate, complete information and keep it up‑to‑date.
Safeguard your password; you are responsible for all activity on your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Credit-Based Usage Model

EduAITech operates on a credit system:

• Certain actions (e.g., running a TaskFlow or downloading results) require the use of credits.
• Users can earn, purchase, or be granted credits through promotions or educational partnerships.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
• Free accounts may include limited credits.
• You are responsible for monitoring your credit usage. Once credits are used up, access to premium TaskFlows or advanced tools may be restricted until more credits are added.

5. No Shared-Access Provision

• Single-User License. Each paid subscription is for one named individual. Login credentials and dashboard access may not be shared with colleagues, students, friends, or third parties.
• Institutional Use. Schools, districts, or companies must purchase the appropriate multi-seat or site license—contact support@eduaitech.com for details.
• Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Evidence of credential sharing may lead to suspension or termination (see § 12).

6. User Obligations

• Use Services only for lawful educational or professional purposes.
• Do not upload content you don’t have the right to use, or that violates privacy, copyright, or other laws.
• Promptly report any security breach or unauthorized use.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

EduAITech uses advanced AI models to generate content based on your input. While we strive for high quality:

• AI responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or aligned with academic standards.
• You should review, verify, and edit outputs before relying on them for educational or professional use.
• EduAITech is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Attempt to reverse‑engineer our models or bypass security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or networks connected to them.
• Use the Services to create disallowed content (e.g., disinformation, malware, or spam).

9. User Content & License
User Content includes any text, data, prompts, or files you submit. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting User Content, you grant EduAITech a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Services. We do not claim ownership over outputs you generate.

10. Intellectual Property
All software, models, and site content (excluding User Content) are owned by EduAITech or its licensors and protected by intellectual‑property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, we reserve all rights.

• Outputs (lesson plans, worksheets, etc.) generated through your account are yours to use, modify, and distribute without attribution.
• EduAITech retains all rights to its underlying models, code, branding, and documentation.

11. Feedback
If you send comments or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason upon reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time.

EduAITech may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violations of these Terms or the Fair-Use Policy
• Account or credential sharing (§ 5)
• Malicious, illegal, or harmful activity

13. Disclaimers, Modifications, and Availability
The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error‑free, fit for a particular purpose, or comply with curriculum standards.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the platform, tools, or pricing structure at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or platform notification.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduAITech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EduAITech harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in the Philippines.
